Osteopathic Manual Therapy is unlike anything offered in Regina. With what feels like minor physical contact, and adjustment, I felt major changes occurring during and after treatment. No other medical profession offers the explanation that Barbara has in regards to what is happening with my brain, my skull, and neck, following a traumatic brain injury from an incident with impact.

I truly believe that Barbara can help anyone feel better.  I’ve seen such incredible results myself and with my teenage sons, along with many adult friends that I have recommended Barbara to, and their children; it amazes me each time I hear back from them about what Barbara was able to determine about their health and how she was able to help them, even when they had been visiting doctors, specialists, and other health professionals with no improvement, and in some cases, with no diagnosis.  Her knowledge, professionalism and desire to resolve her patients’ health issues are second to none.

After my first session, I had some relief and that progress continued into the coming days and with every treatment after.  I was absolutely astounded and so grateful with the progress.  I also think it is worth mentioning, that there is nothing uncomfortable, forceful or jarring with the methods.  It is a soft as her touch and what an amazing feeling to have your ailments and issues fixed with a soft touch.  I have been attending the clinic since 2012 and can honestly say that I have never looked back, nor have I dealt with that back pain since.  If I can feel my back starting to “act up”, I go for a session and all will be well.

Barb is approachable, knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything she was doing and the reasoning behind the methods and techniques. We left the office with a sense of hope that we will get through these struggles. Barb easily built rapport with Noah and myself making the whole experience a positive and healing experience.

After every session with Barb, I always felt better…..so I knew I was on the right path. There were times I would have so much anxiety and would call her clinic in such a panic …. her calmness and willingness to always get me in to see her, was amazing. I look back on those days – I was so afraid of what “might happen” if I didn’t get a treatment. Barb never made me feel bad about my behaviour – but always encouraged me and cared about me. We have had some great conversations over the years and I will always be grateful for the love and care she has blessed me with. No matter how bad you think things are – trust me cause I have been there – it can get better. I would get down on my knees and pray for strength – and with the love of my family and friends – and a pretty cool lady to help me heal – I am very thankful for the life that God has given me and look forward to the future!!

Her treatments are very gentle, but very effective. If I ever have a problem that will not resolve on its own, I always know that Barbara can resolve it. She is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. Overall, I would give her clinic a rating of 5+ stars.
