If you are new to the clinic or if we haven't seen you in the last 4 months you must schedule an Initial/Follow-up consultation first before you can book an in-person follow-up appointment.

      Cancellation Policy

      When scheduling an appointment, a treatment time is reserved for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can easily manage your appointments through your online profile. You can also call our office if you would like some assistance with rescheduling your appointment. Please remember that we require 48 business hours for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. With the exception of emergencies, you will be billed for a missed appointment if you do not notify our office in this time frame.
