Welcome to élan clinic

Since its conception in 2001 by Barbara Schultze, élan clinic has become a destination for patients seeking gentle, effective, restorative health care.

Nestled in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Albert Park in Regina Saskatchewan, élan clinic provides a natural, tranquil setting to allow each patient to experience the full benefits of their treatment.

The Clinic primarily provides treatment based on osteopathic training, including modalities such as: myofascial release, visceral manipulation, cranial-sacral, lymphatic therapy and biodynamics.  Treatments are currently billed under a massage therapy licence until the completion of Barbara's osteopathic thesis.

Barbara Schultze completed the 5-year educational curriculum in Traditional Osteopathy in 2007 through the Canadian College of Osteopathy, and is currently writing her osteopathic thesis: The Effect of Osteopathic Treatment on Children Age 5 - 13 With Academic and Behavioural Difficulties. Barbara is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and is a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan.

élan clinic

The name élan clinic comes from the French phrase "élan vital", which refers to the "life force" each of us has within ourselves. This life force plays a vital role in our health.

FYI. Here's a cute video about Osteopathy on You Tube. Give it a look!
