The online appointment book is now available for your convenience. Please note that there has been a change to the appointment structure and fees.
Please note that if you choose the convenience of the online payment system, there will be a small additional charge added to your payment by PayPal. All credit card payments must be made prior to your appointment time.
All fees are subject to 5% GST
If you are a new patient please call the office at (306) 347-3001 to book an appointment. Payment for the initial appointment must be made at time of booking the appointment. Initial appointments are scheduled as follows:
Adult initial appointment: 90 min. - $175.00
Adolescent initial appointment (age 10 - 19): 90 min. - $175.00
Babies and Children initial appointment (birth - 9 years): 60 min - $115.00 (In some situations a 90 min. initial appointment may be required depending on the complexity of your child's needs)
Follow-up visits are now available in 60 min. and 45 min. appointment times. Appointments for acute visits only (30 min.) are also available and must be scheduled through the office. Appointment times for in-office consultations as well as phone consultations can be arranged by calling the office at (306) 347-3001.
Fee Structure:
60 min. follow-up appointment: $115.00
45 min. follow-up appointment: $85.00
30 min. acute visit: $65.00
In-office consultation (30 min): $65.00
Phone consultation (based on $20.00 per 10 min. of time spent)
HANDLE® Screening (includes program and one 30 min. follow-up activity review): $520.00
HANDLE® follow-up activity review (30 min.): $65.00
Elan Clinic provides a scent free environment. Please ensure that you or the person(s) bringing you refrain from using scented products when coming to the office.
Cancellation policy: Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment time and during business hours. With the exception of family emergencies or winter road conditions, if you do not contact the office within that time frame you will be charged for your missed appointment.
With the exception of HANDLE® appointments, all other appointments are currently billed under a massage therapy (MTAS) licence.
